The users who are printing should not be able to save the document anywhere else, they should not be able to modify or delete the file after printing.ġ. One of my offices wants to go paperless, what they want from me is to setup a virtual printer that saves documents to a network drive, easy right?ġ.By preference, it needs to not ask where to save the document, if it has to ask, it needs to pick the network folder by default.Ģ.Multiple users will use the pcs so the software settings will need to be saved to the pc, not the user.ģ.
